WHICH IS THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR TO GET MARRIED?

There are benefits and drawbacks to choosing a day during one of the busiest wedding months when choosing the date for your special day. On the plus side, the most sought-after months for weddings are in high demand for a reason. These months tend to have mild weather, and as they don't fall during peak travel times, it can be simpler for visitors to reserve transport and lodging during these months and people often find it difficult to find the best wedding time.

There is a drawback to choosing one of these busy months for your date, though. Since there is probably a large demand for venues and vendors, unless you have a very lengthy engagement, you could discover that some of them are already fully booked. Additionally, you could find that some prices are higher during the "peak season," when some venues and suppliers charge extra.

So which months are the busiest for weddings? Which is the best wedding time? Here is a list of the five most popular wedding months as well as the least popular, in case you were curious.

NO. 5: AUGUST

August is the sixth most common month for weddings, with 10% of couples being married at that time. Your guests may be more willing and able to leave the office to go to your wedding location in August as this is a popular period for vacations. Even though August is one of the hottest months of the year, it also begins the East Coast's hurricane season's peak, so there is some danger associated with holding an August wedding there.

NO. 4: MAY

Couples prefer May flowers to April rain because spring is a naturally amorous season. May is one of the most popular wedding months for a reason—warmer it's outside and spring's overall atmosphere of rebirth and regeneration, which is ideal for a wedding. While previously the most common time of year for weddings, spring is currently only in fourth place. The "peak wedding season," which runs from May to October, also begins in May. If you choose to have your wedding at this time of year, you will face greater competition for your preferred suppliers due to the peak season's high demand for wedding venues and service providers.

NO. 3: JUNE

With 13 percent of couples getting married in June, it's no surprise that June is one of the most popular wedding months given that many people associate summer with leisure and vacation mode. In reality, summer is the second most common time of year for marriages, with 31% of unions taking place during this season. It's no surprise that couples select June for their summer soirees because the temperatures here are often a little kinder than the sweltering ones in July and August. In fact, June was the most common month for marriages in 2015!

NO 2: SEPTEMBER

Fall weddings are popular with couples. It turns out that 36% of couples get married in the fall, with 15% of couples getting married in September, the second-most common month for weddings. September has a fall-like atmosphere, although many sections of the country are still experiencing summer-like temperatures.

NO. 1: OCTOBER

For the previous few years, October has been the most popular month for weddings. There are so many things to adore about this season, whether you're holding a fall-themed wedding or not, including the crisp air, the warm atmosphere, the changing leaves, pumpkins, apples, and more! So let's toast October, the month with the highest demand for weddings, with a glass of cider!

In case you're interested, December, January, and February are the least popular months for weddings or you get the answer of the best wedding time.

It's hardly surprising that the least popular months for weddings are December, January, and February. Couples prefer to steer clear of cold-weather weddings in general since in many areas of the country, outdoor weddings just aren't an option in the winter owing to the freezing temperatures and greater likelihood of snow. Winter weddings certainly, in our opinion, offer some advantages. Your guests will appreciate having a pleasant event to attend during the often gloomy, colder months if certain merchants are offering discounts during the off-season.
